When BUCK brought me in to build their entertainment division, the studio was world-renowned in advertising and design — but virtually unknown in Hollywood and the games industry. My job was to change that: explaining how these businesses work to the partners, evangelizing BUCK's extraordinary creative capabilities to executives who had never heard of them, and building the relationships that would generate real creative opportunities.

I built a team and together we designed the systems needed to integrate BUCK's world-class artists into the workflows of Hollywood and the games industry — two worlds with very different rhythms, requirements, and cultures.

Over four years we built a slate of projects across Series, Film, and Games — delivering work for Netflix, Sony Pictures Animation, Nickelodeon, and HBO Max. Highlights include an Emmy Award for our work on the Obamas' We The People, a fan-favorite episode of Love Death & Robots Season 4 (Night of the Mini Dead), launch films for Nickelodeon's Cartoonito programming block, and BUCK's first self-published original game, Let's! Revolution.
